"Out of Stock" messages during check-out mean that the pipe has already sold, but I have not yet updated the catalog page to reflect its "Sold" status.

The quick story - I've recently gotten hold of a large cache of my older pipes as part of a generous gift to help us pay my wife's cancer surgery expenses. Over the next weeks, I'll be gradually posting them as I get them cleaned, inspected, etc. Many of these pipes are NEW and UNSMOKED and have been part of a display collection, sometimes for as much as 20 years!

This particular pipe is an unsmoked piece from 2014. It has no stem fading or other wear, and is essentially a brand new pipe that just happens to be four years old already. It is an adorably small thing - Check out the length! The bowl is a smaller rendition of our popular Fat Dwarf shape, just downsized to about a Prince-like size. I still remember making this one, because it was a beautiful and flawless bowl and I was just about to give it a typical long tapered stem or some sort of longer saddle, when I had the idea to finish it with this short & stubby saddle bit instead. Sometimes pipes of this size can be hard to sell because a lot of buyers want "big" before they want "precisely rendered and high quality briar", but I think the pipe looks so cool at this short length that I still love it today.
